Meat Meatballs

Recipe Ingredients
1 pound lean ground beef
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1/3 cup Italian bread crumbs
1 egg slightly beaten
1/4 cup spaghetti sauce (below)
1/2 teaspoon oregano, parsley, and minced garlic




Recipe Directions
Combine all ingredients and form into meatballs. I cook my meatballs on the broiler. Turning them every 2-3 minutes (about 12 minutes total) or until done. You can slice one in half to be sure they are cooked through. Place meatballs in sauce and simmer until pasta is done.
